What this article covers

This article describes the steps to activate a license for Address Validation for Dataverse that has been purchased. This assumes you have receive the activation email with the license key.


Install a new license

  • Navigate to the Address Validation for Power Apps application and select the “Product License” menu.

                                      
  • Create a new License 

  • Select License Type “Purchased”.

  • Enter or paste the Product Key.

  • Enter your Company Name (must be the same as the one provided in your licence email).

  • Enter the registered email address in the Contact Email (must be the same as the one provided in your licence email).

  • Click on Save.

  • Click on Validate License. This will validate the license information with the Sharp XRM license servers (requires access to internet, be patient as it can take up to a minute to complete) and automatically populate the read-only fields and return a confirmation message.

 
 

 

Convert trial license to purchased, or extend expiration date of an existing license

Prior to converting a trial license to purchased or extending a license expiration date, you must have received the email activation email containing the license key and the expiration date. 

 

  • Open the License record

  • Click on "Update License"

  • The system will come back with a confirmation message and the license information will be updated.
