If your license trial was extended or converted to a subscription, if you recently renewed your subscription, you must update your license so the latest information (namely expiration date) is updated from the Sharp XRM license server, allowing you to continue using the product.
This article covers the steps required to update your license.
Finding the Address Validation for Dynamics 365 Solution Version Number
Navigate to the Power Apps Maker Portal
Make sure you select the environment where the application is installed (top right)
Click on "Solutions"
Find the "Address Validation for Dynamics 365" or "Address Validation for Dataverse" solution
Note the version number from the "Version" column

FOR CUSTOMERS USING VESION NUMBER 2.5.x.x. OR HIGHER
Open the Address Validation for Dynamics 365 application.
Navigate to the license area.
Open your active license record.
Click on the “Update License” button and wait for the update to complete.
The expiration date should be updated.

FOR CUSTOMERS USING VERSION NUMBER BEFORE 2.5.x.
Copy and paste all your license information in a text file (license type, product key, company name, contact name and email.
Delete the license record.
Create a new license record with the information saved in a step 1.
Click on “Validate License”.
